2016-2017 MVMS Girl's Basketball vs Bandera
Posted on 12/09/2016
On Thursday, December 8th, the 8A girl’s basketball team went on the road to compete with the Bandera Lady Bulldogs.  Both teams matched up defensively in the first quarter with the MV girls only leading by 2 points.  However, in the second quarter the girls took a 9 point lead and never looked back.  Offensively the Panthers displayed patience and discipline by running their plays and consistently passing the ball until finding that open shot.  They continue to play good clean defense and do a fine job anticipating the pass to steal and transition into a fast break.   The final score was MV 44 – Bandera 26.  Every “A” team player contributed and scored in last night’s game!  Awesome teamwork girls.
